is a company engaged in investments in various types of business premises and offers services for leasing business offices and complete turnkey furnishing.
We have been in operation since 2018, initially starting with an investment in a street-level retail space at Drage Iblera Square, located within the Galleria Business Center. Subsequently, we expanded our business and investments to office spaces located in the Z4 Business Center at Kneza Branimira Street 71a. As part of our investment in the Z4 Business Center, we carry out interior design work for the business premises and tailor them to office use according to the needs of our tenants.
